Public Health (Alcohol) Bill 2015

To provide for minimum unit pricing for retailing of alcohol products; to regulate the advertising and sponsorship of alcohol; to provide for a structural separation of alcohol from other products in mixed trading outlets; to provide for health labelling of alcohol products; and to regulate the sale and supply of alcohol in certain circumstances.

Sale of Alcohol Bill

To update and streamline the law relating to the sale and consumption of alcohol.

The Bill will repeal the Licensing Acts 1933 to 2011, as well as the Registration of Clubs Act 1904 to 2008, and replace them with provisions more suited to modern conditions.

Pre-legislative scrutiny to be scheduled

Casual Trading (Amendment) Bill

To align the provisions of the Casual Trading Act 1995 with the provisions of the EU Services Directive.
