William Fry has had a longstanding presence in the UK capital since the mid 1990’s and is located there in the heart of the City of London.
The London Office of William Fry provides Irish legal and tax advice to UK and international companies and their advisers and law firms and their clients with interests in or activities toward Ireland. We also advise Irish corporates doing business in the UK in respect of Irish law and tax matters.
The office has eight full-time lawyers including three Partners who are based from the London Office. The predominant focus of the London team and what we are known for is Corporate M&A and Private Equity, ECM, DCM, Asset Management& Investment Funds, Banking, Litigation & Disputes, Real Estate and Technology. The office also serves as a conduit across all sectors including those which are not serviced from London and are dealt with from the William Fry Headquarters in Dublin and other William Fry Offices in Cork, Ireland and New York and San Francisco in the US.
