Leading Professional Services Firm

Planning / Environmental lawyer

Role: minimum 8 years PQE solicitor with experience in advising on Compulsory Purchase Orders (including the review of the relevant notices and documents required to make the CPO) and/or advising on contentious and non-contentious environmental and planning matters including injunctions, judicial reviews and oral hearings.

Duration of Role: 6 months

Days/Hours per week: Flexible – minimum 10 hours per week

Location: Hybrid or remote

Irish/UK leading manufacturer of Convenience Foods

Lawyer

Role: Experience in contract work, and some regulatory work, and possibly company law and corporate governance work.  An M&A, Corporate background would also be beneficial.

Duration of Role: 1-3 months

Days/Hours per week: 3-5 days per week

Location: Hybrid, but mostly remote

Digital Services Company

In House SaaS / Technology Solicitor 

Role: 6-8 years PQE. Commercial contracts lawyer with emphasis on negotiating SaaS contracts, subscription renewals and subscription to additional digital services, all using templates. Ability to address queries arising from same including GDPR, privacy, IP, warranties, indemnification, liability. Liaise with ENG dept regarding technical queries e.g. service level queries.

Duration of Role: 3 months

Days/Hours per week: 5 days per week

DPO Specialist

Role: Experienced in Data Protection.  Part time DPO required.

Duration of Role: 6 months

Days/Hours per week: 2 days per week
