Property & Landlord and Tenant: Spring 2013 Legislative Programme

The Irish Government has published its legislative programme for the Spring 2013 parliamentary session. The programme lists the Bills the Government intends publishing in 2013.

Land and Conveyancing Law Reform (Amendment) Bill 
To address the issues arising from case law under the Land and Conveyancing Law Reform Act 2009, so as to remove unintended constraints on banks to realise the value of loan collateral under certain circumstances

To reform and consolidate the general law on landlords and tenants
