William Fry's Banking & Finance Practice Continues to Grow

Law firm William Fry has announced the appointment of Niamh Dennehy-Maher, as Partner, to the Banking & Finance Department. This senior appointment is part of the Firm’s continued growth in 2015 and William Fry’s ongoing commitment to the development of its market-leading Banking & Finance practice.

Niamh Dennehy-Maher joins William Fry’s London office having worked for a number of years at Slaughter and May and Macfarlanes LLP. Over this time she gained significant experience in the financial services sector with particular focus on secured lending transactions, covering acquisition and leveraged finance, real estate finance and fund finance.

William Fry also announced the appointment of two new associates to the Firms Banking & Finance Department:  Simon O’Neill and Pablo Zaldivar.
