Post Lock-Down: COVID-19 and Construction Contract Challenges

This Presentation, given to the Chartered Institute of Building on 19 May 2020,  reviews the post 18 May 2020 lock down impacts of COVID-19 on cost, time and quality issues related to recommencement of works under construction contracts.

Restrictive measures are also reflected in both guidance and information published by government bodies, WHO and construction industry organisations.
