Julie Murray

Julie holds BCL and LLB Degrees from University College Cork and an LLM in European and Comparative Law from the University of Limerick.

Julie has extensive experience as a corporate transactions lawyer in Dublin and London. She has advised both domestic and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, equity fundraisings, joint ventures and reorganisations. Julie joined William Fry LLP in 2021 and now supports the firm’s corporate lawyers by providing updates on legal developments, transactional support and training on all aspects of corporate law.
