Paul White is a Partner in the Corporate Group of William Fry. He is based in the firm's London office having previously been Head of the William Fry US offices in San Francisco for a number of years. Paul has significant experience advising International and Irish corporates and investors, including on Europe expansion matters, cross border M&A and investment matters.
Paul has acted on a wide range of transactional corporate matters for public and private companies, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and shareholder arrangements, corporate reorganisations and general corporate law matters.

- King Digital Entertainment on its US$5.9bn acquisition by Activision Blizzard
- International Consolidated Airlines Group (IAG) on its €1.4bn recommended all-cash offer for Aer Lingus Group plc
- Glanbia Co-operative Society Limited on its acquisition of a 60% interest in Glanbia plc's Dairy Ireland segment
- Dan Kiely and Linda Kiely on the sale of Voxpro to TELUS International
- Forest Laboratories on its US$28bn merger with Actavis plc
- Netfort Technologies on its acquisition by Rapid7, Inc.
- Staycity in relation to its shareholder restructuring and fundraising
