David’s practice includes all aspects of the development, protection and exploitation of IP rights, including as part of complex IP-driven transactions. As an experienced commercial lawyer, David also provides strategic advice on the structuring and negotiation of contracts for a wide range of commercial arrangements and transformative technology and outsourcing projects.

- A global leader in the micro-technology space on the IP and contractual aspects of a technology and corporate restructuring.
- Various life sciences and technology organisations on strategic collaborations and supply chain agreements.
- A next-generation big data company on licensing, consultancy and reseller agreements.
- Some of the world’s leading social media and content-sharing platforms on copyright strategy.
David is dual-qualified in England and joined William Fry from a Magic Circle global law firm, where he practised in London and Brussels.
