Derina is a qualified Solicitor holding a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) from University College Dublin, a Post Graduate Diploma in Public Relations and the Professional Certificate in Investment Fund Services with the Institute of Bankers.
During her career, Derina worked in the Dublin based legal department of an international asset manager and for one of the world’s largest professional services firms. Derina has extensive experience advising on the establishment of investment funds in Ireland, the distribution of investment products across the globe and legal and regulatory obligations across the asset management sector.
