Edward is Head of William Fry’s Real Estate Department, specialising in all aspects of property law including acquisitions, disposals, mergers and property-based lending.

Recent significant work includes advising:

Tesco on its sale and leaseback of a major Dublin distribution centre.
Friends First on the sale of its site at Naas, Co. Kildare, to Primark.
State Street Corporation on the lease of a new c.15,300 sq. m. office building.

Edward is an Associate of the Institute of Taxation in Ireland.
