Conor Treacy

Conor has broad experience advising investors, developers, financiers and owner/occupiers on a wide range of commercial real estate, real estate finance and corporate transactions as well as special situations.

Recent significant transactions include advising:

  • Hines on its financing of Central Plaza to Cheyne Capital
  • Advising French SCPIs on the acquisition of various Irish investments
  • Advising Tesco Ireland Limited on its store expansion across Ireland
  • Sky Castle Limited on the disposal of a development site at Moygaddy to Glenveagh Properties.
  • Advising a new market entrant on a preferred equity investment in a mixed-use scheme in Dublin.
