  • An AI, blockchain and cloud computing company, on data commercialisation, cloud computing, licensing and commercial contracts.
  • Social media companies, on copyright strategy and notice and takedown procedures, following the implementation in Ireland of the Digital Single Market Copyright Directive, as well as NFTs.
  • IBM Corporation, on Irish intellectual property and contractual aspects of its 19 billion US dollar reorganisation, whereby IBM separated its infrastructure services into a new public company.
  • An Irish cybersecurity platform, on its contractual governance framework; international data transfers; customer agreements; and its intellectual property strategy.
  • A global transport tracking software company, on complex readiness issues relating to its software, and providing both data protection and contractual advice.
  • A cellular 5G network software company, on the drafting and negotiation of master subscription agreements with a social media company, and data protection compliance.
