Maebh advises financial institutions, private credit providers and corporates on a broad range of domestic and international debt finance transactions, with a particular focus on real estate finance (development and investment). Maebh’s practice also includes advising on acquisition finance and general corporate lending.
Maebh previously worked for A&O Shearman in London for several years and completed a secondment to Goldman Sachs during this time.
