PeopleBridge provides interim in-house legal and tax advisors to help clients fill short term needs.
We are regularly approached by clients and businesses seeking cover or support for short or medium-term roles and special projects. We also recognise that many lawyers and tax advisors wish to work in a more versatile way. PeopleBridge offers lawyers and tax advisors the opportunity to work with different clients and sectors at times of their choosing, enabling greater flexibility.

Every PeopleBridge lawyer and tax advisor will be of the same high quality and calibre expected of all William Fry lawyers and tax advisors. Our usual recruitment processes are followed to assess suitability and quality.
PeopleBridge is open to any lawyer or tax advisor with, ideally, at least two years’ post qualification experience gained at a leading Irish or international legal or tax practice. We welcome senior partner level candidates as well as junior ones.
One of the many benefits to lawyers and tax advisors being placed through PeopleBridge is that they can, when needed, access the full resources of William Fry.

All PeopleBridge lawyers and tax advisors placed with PeopleBridge clients will be employed by William Fry on a fixed term contract or as an independent contractor (depending on the circumstances). Until the lawyer or tax advisor is placed, they will not be entitled to any payment and will not be bound by any restrictions or covenants. PeopleBridge lawyers and tax advisors have the right to accept or decline potential placements.

Everyone who joins our pool of available lawyers and tax advisors is assured of our best efforts to provide interesting opportunities. However, we cannot guarantee to provide work if the needs of PeopleBridge lawyers or tax advisors do not match with the needs of PeopleBridge clients.

We expect that many of our PeopleBridge lawyers and tax advisors will use the opportunity of working on short term contracts as a way to get know an organisation and that many may decide to join clients on a permanent basis. We view this as an added benefit and confirmation that we will have placed the right professional with the right client.

Lawyers and tax advisors placed with clients will be paid a daily, weekly or monthly rate agreed before the placement begins.

Yes. These need to be obtained by the lawyer/tax advisor in advance of any placement.
