William Fry Advises the LDA on the Acquisition of Strategic Lands in Dublin and Meath

William Fry has advised the Land Development Agency (LDA) on its acquisition of a substantial greenfield landholding of 108.5 hectares (268 acres) at Kilmartin in Dublin 15 and Calliaghwee in Co. Meath.

The lands span the Fingal and Meath local authority areas, close to existing bus services and the Dunboyne commuter rail line. Subject to rezoning and planning, the site has the potential to deliver around 3,000 homes and a sustainable new community, strengthening the LDA’s long-term pipeline for affordable housing.

Congratulations to the wider LDA team  on the acquisition.

The William Fry team was led by Alan Power Real Estate Managing Associate, supported by Con Callan, Ciara Woulfe and Conor Hayes.
