Conor is a Partner in our Real Estate Department with 15 years’ experience in the Irish real estate market.

Conor has broad experience advising investors, developers, financiers and owner/occupiers on a wide range of commercial real estate, real estate finance and corporate transactions as well as special situations.

Recent significant transactions include advising:

Hines on its financing of Central Plaza to Cheyne Capital
Advising French SCPIs on the acquisition of various Irish investments
Advising Tesco Ireland Limited on its store expansion across Ireland
Sky Castle Limited on the disposal of a development site at Moygaddy to Glenveagh Properties.
Advising a new market entrant on a preferred equity investment in a mixed-use scheme in Dublin.
