Jason Hollis

Partner

Jason is a Partner in William Fry’s Banking & Finance department.

He has extensive knowledge and experience in cross-border corporate lending and acts for lenders and borrowers on general corporate, leveraged/acquisition, real estate, technology, borrowing base, letter of credit, working capital and treasury financing transactions. Jason also assists financial institutions with precedent debt financing documentation, capital requirements, cash pooling arrangements and access to financial market infrastructure.
