Louise has been with William Fry since 1998 and has extensive experience in business management and all aspects of company secretarial and governance needs within the regulated environment. She has supported fund management entities, public listed companies and Irish collective asset management vehicles as well as Irish incorporated entities such as special purpose vehicles for many years.
As part of Louise’s role, she has supported the Boards of Directors at both an executive and non-executive level with ensuring regulatory and governance compliance. As Head of the FCSG Team, Louise is responsible for maintaining the operational flow and dissemination of internal/external client queries within the team as well as the allocation of appropriate resources to ensure the efficient servicing of client needs.
Louise has a background in law and 10 years’ experience in servicing the company secretarial needs of regulated entities
