Myra is a Corporate Partner and former Managing Partner of the Firm. She has a broad corporate practice specialising in mergers & acquisitions, public takeovers, IPOs and capital market transactions.  She has a particular expertise in advising technology companies on fundraising, exit strategies including trade sales and restructuring.  She also advises companies and boards of directors on corporate governance, general compliance and challenging issues.

Significant transactions include advising:

  • FINEOS Corporation Holding plc on its IPO on the Australian Securities Exchange
  • The Irish Times DAC on the acquisition of Landmark Media Group including the Examiner
  • Fenergo Group Shareholders on the disposal of controlling stake to Insight Venture
  • Guerbet Group on its acquisition of the CMDS business of Mallinckrodt
  • Netwatch Holdings DAC on its global merger with entities including Californian based National Monitoring Centre in a deal funded by private equity firm, Riverside
  • Naval Group as secured lender in Openhydro Group including the petition for liquidation of the parent and main operation companies in the group
  • The Board of the Quinn Hospitality Group as appointed by the IBRC Share Receiver.

Myra is a non-executive director of the University College Dublin Foundation. She is co-chair of the Law Firm Management Committee of the International Bar Association.
