Alma brings more than 18 years’ experience as a finance and capital markets lawyer, advising domestic and international banks, financial institutions and corporates on cross-border leveraged finance, acquisition finance, project finance/PPP, real estate finance, deleveraging projects and restructurings. Drawing on this extensive transactional background, she leads initiatives in knowledge management systems, document automation, Gen AI evaluation and other digital solutions that enhance the efficiency and quality of legal services.
Prior to joining William Fry, Alma was a Partner at a leading Irish law firm, where, most recently, she led the Knowledge Management and Innovation function in the Finance and Capital Markets department, delivering transformation programmes across legal education, knowledge platforms and technology adoption.
