Declan is an Associate in our Restructuring & Insolvency Department and holds a Bachelor of Business and Law Degree from University College Dublin. Declan is admitted to the Roll of Solicitors of the Law Society of Ireland and the Law Society of England and Wales. Declan is also a member of Restructuring and Insolvency Ireland and the Insolvency Law Association.
