He has built significant experience working with listed companies on a range of equity capital markets and other strategic transactions as well as corporate governance advisory matters. James also advises the Firm’s multinational clients expanding into Ireland whether by acquisition, investment or setting up operations in Ireland.

- R&S Group, the Swiss listed provider of electrical infrastructure components in Europe and the Middle East, on its acquisition of Kyte Powertech, the specialist manufacturer of distribution transformers for distribution networks.
- Linde plc (NASDAQ) on its de-listing from the Frankfurt Stock Exchange by way of an Irish High Court approved scheme of arrangement and domestic merger.
- European Bakery Group (backed by 3i) on its acquisition of Panelto Foods.
- Mural Oncology plc (NASDAQ) on its entry into an acquisition agreement with XRA 5 Corp (XOMA Royalty Corporation).
- TE Connectivity (NYSE) on the successful transition of the place of incorporation of its publicly traded parent company from Switzerland to Ireland.
- Several international clients on cross-border mergers involving Irish group companies and cross border conversions.
- Flutter Entertainment plc on its additional listing of shares on the NYSE and its de-listing from Euronext Dublin and the subsequent launch of its share buyback programme.
- John Laing on its acquisition of a portfolio of three Irish assets (the Convention Centre Dublin, Valley Healthcare and Towercom) from the Irish Infrastructure Fund.
- beqom SA and Sumeru Equity Partners on its acquisition of Tandem HR Solutions Limited.
- The shareholders of Glennon Insurances, leading providers of expert insurance solutions in Ireland, on its sale to Arachas Corporate Brokers Limited, a subsidiary of The Ardonagh Group.
