Jason is a Partner in William Fry’s Banking & Finance department.

Jason advises Irish and international financial institutions, sponsors, alternative lenders and corporates on complex cross‑border financing transactions. His experience spans corporate, working capital and receivables finance, acquisition finance, real estate financing structures, syndicated and bilateral lending and related financial service regulatory issues. Jason is valued by clients for his practical, commercially driven advice and his ability to execute efficiently on sophisticated financing transactions.
