Maebh Doyle

Maebh is a Partner in William Fry’s Banking & Finance department and advises financial institutions, private credit providers and corporates on a broad range of domestic and international debt finance transactions, with a particular focus on real estate finance (development and investment). Her practice also includes acquisition finance and general corporate lending.

Prior to joining William Fry, Maebh spent a number of years at A&O Shearman in London, including a secondment to Goldman Sachs.

Recent experience:

• Advising a global investment manager on a development loan facility to finance a build-to-rent scheme in Dublin*
• Advising an Irish real estate investor on its investment in a prime Irish real estate asset*
• Advising a private credit provider on the refinancing of the Generator Hostels portfolio*
• Advising the lenders on the financing of Blackstone’s acquisition of Bourne Leisure*
• Advising the lenders on the financing of The Office Group*
