Nicola is a consultant in the Asset Management & Investment Funds department at William Fry, advising international asset managers on the establishment and operation of Irish domiciled investment fund platforms. Drawing on eighteen years’ experience, she advises across the full lifecycle of investment funds and has extensive expertise in Irish and EU regulatory matters affecting funds and management companies.
Nicola is a long standing member of the Irish Funds Legal and Regulatory Committee and brings additional commercial perspective from in house experience supporting an institutional ETF platform.
