Statutory Audits Bill
|
To transpose certain provisions in the EU Audit Directive 2014/56/EU and the EU Regulation (537/2014). Significant provisions in the Directive and Regulation will be transposed by way of Statutory Instrument. The new rules deal with the conduct of audits, auditor appointment, the mandatory rotation of auditors for certain companies and the provision of non-audit services. |
