The Central Bank has published a table which provides invaluable guidance on the scheduled and ad hoc returns which AIFMs (both authorised and registered but not internally managed AIFs) are required to make via the Central Bank’s online reporting system.
The table provides the following information in respect of each return:
- The type of AIFM to whom the obligation to make the return applies
- The frequency with which the return must be made
- Guidance on the manner in which each return should be uploaded
