On Monday 30 August 2010 the Minister for Justice and Law Reform (the “Minister”) announced the government approval of the publication of the Civil Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Bill 2010 (the “Bill”) which provides for an array of amendments to various civil and regulatory laws.
