Conor Linehan, Head of our Environment and Planning Group, was invited to address the Joint Oireachtas Committee on Environment Culture and the Gaeltacht on 5 July 2013 on aspects of the Government’s proposed legislation on Climate Change (the Climate Action and Low Carbon Development Bill 2013). The Joint Committee heard evidence from a range of stakeholders and experts over two weeks of hearings: the Environmental Protection Agency, business and corporate groups, climate scientists, environmental NGOs and development agencies. Below and attached are links to Conor’s written submission and oral evidence to the Committee.
