Deirdre Mooney of William Fry appointed President of ICSA in Ireland

William Fry is pleased to announce that Deirdre Mooney has been appointed President of the Irish Region Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA).

Deirdre is an Associate with William Fry and Manager of the Company Secretarial Department. She has extensive experience in all aspects of Company Secretarial work. Deirdre and the Company Secretarial Team deal with issues such as company formations, ongoing Company Secretarial Support and they frequently attend and take minutes at board meetings.

The Company Secretarial Department at William Fry is also in a position to provide advice and assistance in relation to complex and out of the ordinary transactions. Among the services provided by Deirdre and her team are:

  • Incorporation of all types of Irish Companies, i.e. Public Limited, Private and Unlimited
  • Maintaining Company Registers, Minute Books and Seals
  • Arranging to have documentation notarised and apostiled
  • Registering non-Irish companies with a place of business / branch
  • Company Restoration
  • Voluntary Strike Off Applications and advice in respect of liquidations
  • Acting as Process Agent
