Distressed Assets Update - June 2012

June 7, 2012

Welcome to the June 2012 issue of our Distressed Assets e-zine.

As the Irish banks continue the disposal of their non-core assets, we provide an update on recent developments of note. We also report on the latest significant developments at the National Asset Management Agency (“NAMA”), including its proposals to invest in the Irish property market and the court challenge to its right to appoint receivers mounted by one of its largest borrowers. We also provide an update on some recent developments in the hotel sector and on the Irish Government’s state owned assets disposal plan.

We hope you find this edition of our Distressed Assets e-zine informative. Please feel free to forward it to any of your colleagues who may be interested in subscribing to the ezine.
