It was great to meet many of you at our recent breakfast briefing on the use of social media by companies and employees. As no doubt you all know, the last number of months have been busy in the area of employment law. Two new Bills were introduced by the Government; a draft outline of proposed legislation on whistleblowing has been published; and the first steps have been taken in the reform of the employment law enforcement bodies. Indeed so much seems to be happening, that it can be quite challenging to keep up! We have tried to make matters that little bit easier for you by reporting on the key legal developments in recent months and likely developments in the near future.
