It is reported that Irish Bank Resolution Corp., formerly Anglo Irish Bank (IBRC) is considering providing vendor financing to parties seeking to buy its assets as a means of aiding cash-strapped suitors. IBRC is reportedly on target to cover its estimated cost to the State of between €25bn and €28bn and to be run down prior to 2020.
