In Short: Implementation of the EU Services Directive

The Irish Minister for Enterprise, Trade & Innovation has implemented the EU Services Directive by way of the European Union (Provision of Services) Regulations 2010.  The aim of the Directive is to create a single market in commercial services in the European Union by removing legal and administrative barriers to trade in the services sector.
