Jarleth Heneghan Wins Prestigious Award Following Nominations by Corporate Counsel

Jarleth Heneghan has been named the exclusive 2024 Client Choice winner for Construction in Ireland.

Jarleth was presented with the prestigious award at a celebratory dinner on Thursday, 7 March in London.

The Irish award in the Construction category chosen by Client Choice’s team of researchers, was given to Jarleth for his ability to add real value to his clients’ businesses.  Jarleth advises on Irish and international construction and engineering bespoke and standard form agreements.  He also advises on procurement, PPP/PFI,  and on alternative dispute resolution matters, including conciliation, mediation, adjudication, arbitration construction insolvency issues and rescue financing.  Recent and ongoing work highlights includes advising the Developer on the development financing and construction of the Google Ireland’s Boland’s Quay office and residential development, the redevelopment of the net zero carbon Irish Life headquarters campus, acting for the Department of the Environment, Climate and Communications  on the roll out and operation of national broadband, the largest construction project in Ireland, EirGrid on its emergency power regeneration plants, and advising the daa on the procurement and development of various complex infrastructure  projects across the its portfolio at Dublin Airport.
