The Financial Regulator has published updated versions of the requirements papers applicable to life, non-life and composite reinsurance undertakings.

The updated requirements introduce changes to the Annual and Quarterly Regulatory Returns to be submitted by reinsurers and, in particular, introduce supplemental information that must be supplied as part of Annual and Quarterly Returns. 

There were also a small amount of non-material changes made to updated papers, also dated December 2009, for life finite, non-life finite and financial reinsurance which are also available on the Financial Regulator’s website.
