William Fry Advises Lanas on Agreement to Acquire indici Healthcare Platform

William Fry has advised Lanas Healthcare Technology Ltd on its agreement to acquire indici, a cloud-based electronic health record and practice management platform.

It is the first step in Lanas’s commitment to invest NZ$150 million in New Zealand healthcare technology over the next two years. The deal is subject to regulatory approval in New Zealand.

indici supports more than 250 healthcare organisations and around 2 million patient records in New Zealand. Lanas is headquartered in Dublin, backed by TA Associates, and operates across the UK, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand.
