William Fry has acted for the Sodexo Group in connection with the recently announced investment by Sodexo Ireland Limited in Zehnacker Ireland Holdings Limited, a company providing specialist integrated facilities management services in and to the healthcare market.   The company has changed its name to Sodexo Zehnacker Healthcare Ireland Limited and will trade as Sodexo Zehnacker Healthcare. 

Commenting on the transaction, John O’Carroll, managing director of Sodexo Zehnacker Healthcare said, “The amalgamation will allow us further access into the European healthcare markets thereby increasing the exchange of technical advances, industry trends and benchmarks which may prove valuable to our customers in their pursuit of cost savings initiatives and allow Sodexo Zehnacker Healthcare deliver a superior service offering.”
