William Fry is delighted to announce that Derina Bannon has joined as a Consultant in the firm’s Asset Management & Investment Funds department.

Derina has extensive experience advising on legal and regulatory obligations across the asset management sector having worked on various legal, regulatory, and advisory projects including the establishment of investment funds in Ireland and the distribution of investment products across the globe.
