William Fry Re-appointed as the Preferred Legal Adviser to the Commission for Aviation Regulation

William Fry has been re-appointed as the preferred legal adviser to the Commission for Aviation Regulation (“CAR”) for a further 3 years. The firm’s appointment follows a rigorous review and tender process conducted by the CAR.  The primary areas of legal advice which will be provided to the CAR will include regulatory advice, judicial reviews, licensing in the areas of travel trade and air carrier, passenger rights and employment law.
