William Fry has been shortlisted for an Award for Excellence in the Irish Law Firm of the Year category at the Chambers Europe Awards.

The Chambers Europe Awards honour outstanding law firms and legal professionals around the world. The awards reflect both pre-eminence in key practice areas, and achievements over the last 12 months, including notable work, strategic growth, excellence in client service, and contribution to the legal profession.

Speaking on the announcement, Myra Garrett, Managing Partner of William Fry, commented “Over the last 12 months William Fry has continued to advise on the most significant and complex deals and cases in the Irish market.  We are delighted that Chambers & Partners have recognised this in their awards nomination and we look forward to an equally busy 2011.”

The Chambers Europe Awards will be held in Amsterdam on 5 May 2011.
