William Fry was proud to sponsor the Willow Wheelers 25th Annual 160km Charity Cycle which took place on May 3rd.
More than 300 people participate in the cycle which left Blackrock in South County Dublin and travelled via Trim and Ballivor to Kinnegad before returning to Blackrock. Former Ireland and Lions rugby star, Fergus Slattery, took part in the cycle, and 1987 Tour de France winner, Stephen Roche, greeted cyclists in Blackrock on their return.
The cycle, which began 25 years ago, has raised close to €2 million in aid of water, health and education projects in Africa, South America and Southeast Asia.
