Louise is a Partner in William Fry's Employment & Benefits team. She specialises in the employment legal aspects of corporate transactions and in employee share incentives and also has expertise in the applicability of transfer of undertakings law (TUPE). Louise is also particularly experienced in advising on employment issues for clients in the regulated financial services sector as well as assisting multinationals investing in Ireland.
