Recent significant experience includes advising:

  • On the establishment of a philanthropic structure to finance the Parnell Square Cultural Quarter. 
  • On the administration of the largest and most complex Irish estates, dealing with significant debt issues and cross-border arrangements.
  • On the establishment and re-organisation of offshore structures including private trust companies, foundations and purpose trusts.
  • On the taxation of offshore trust structures with Irish connections dealing with issues such as domicile status, discretionary trust tax and related tax issues.
