Colin is a tax partner with over 14 years’ experience advising clients on Irish tax matters across a wide range of sectors, with particular expertise in the real estate, retail, manufacturing, professional and financial services sectors.
He regularly advises Irish and international businesses at various stages of development from start-up, expansion, mergers and acquisition, day-to-day operations, restructuring, succession, and disposal.
Colin is a member of the Law Society of Ireland and the Irish Tax Institute. He is also an associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.
