Enda has over 20 years of experience in advising on mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, corporate re-organisations, shareholder arrangements, corporate fundraising, joint ventures, venture capital and private equity.
Enda has particular expertise in advising clients in the Fintech sector and has advised both buyers and sellers on M&A transactions involving regulated financial services providers.
Enda was the Senior Corporate Lawyer in the Department of Finance during the later stages of Ireland’s banking crisis during which time he advised on some of the largest and most important corporate and capital markets transactions of recent years.
