Tara is a consultant and knowledge lawyer specialising in Real Estate.

Tara Rush

Tara has extensive experience as a transactional lawyer advising on a wide range of real estate matters including commercial leasing, property acquisitions and disposals and property based lending. Tara has advised developers, retailers, investors, businesses and banks. Tara now supports the firm’s real estate lawyers by providing updates on legal developments, transactional support and training on all aspects of real estate law. Tara holds a BCL degree from University College Dublin, completed her training in a magic circle firm in London and holds diplomas from The Law Society of Ireland in Commercial Conveyancing and Construction Law and a diploma from The Honorable Society of the Kings Inns in Planning and Environmental Law.

Tara is a member of a forum which collaborates on settling forms of documents for use in commercial real estate transactions in Ireland.

Tara has written many articles for the firm and a chapter for the Legal 500: Real Estate Comparative Guide.
