ESMA Publishes Final Advice on Possible AIFMD Implementing Measures

ESMA has now published its final advice to the European Commission on possible implementing measures (the so-called Level 2 measures) for the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive.  Please find attached our detailed overview of some of the key proposals.
