June is Pride month and we’re delighted to see all the great ways that the LGBT+ community and allies are coming together online to celebrate and show support.
We’re excited to take our support of Pride online this year as well. Pride month offers an opportunity for us to come together, learn and come up with ideas for how we can better support LGBT+ equality, leadership and career progression throughout the year.
For the month of June, we’re using our William Fry pride logo on all our social channels and as part of the signature on all our emails. We’ve also put our diversiFry pride logo on our homepage.
Later this month our diversiFry network is hosting an interview with Tiernan Brady, award winning LGBT+ activist and Head of Inclusion at Clifford Chance, and our teams will be taking part in a virtual Pride Run to raise money for BeLonG To Youth Services.

Alieni Juris – an Outlaw: The Law and Intersex People
Wednesday, 16 July from 6.30pm
Dr Tanya Ni Mhuirthile, Assistant Professor in Law at DCU, will speak about the interaction between the Intersex community and the law. She will also introduce the Irish Research Council funded research project “Mapping the Lived Experience of Intersex in Ireland”.
Having No Use for Men

Join Dr Mary McAuliffe, assistant professor and lecturer in Gender Studies at UCD, for a fascinating and insightful lecture entitled “Having no use at all for men”, exploring same sex relationships among Irish revolutionary women and feminist activists, and those who fought for women’s’ suffrage.
OUTLaw in Conversation – Coffee Morning

This session will be an opportunity for you to connect, share and generate ideas. The event will take the form of a discussion with all participants encouraged to actively get involved.
Electro Flow Yoga Class

Great friend and supporter of the OUTLaw Network Simone Walsh, of @Forest.Yoga, will lead an electro flow yoga class to Pride tunes.
